Restoring mobility after a stroke
October 29 is World Stroke Day. We are using this day as an opportunity to draw attention to the after-effects of strokes, which affect mobility in road traffic. After all, many people who have suffered from a stroke struggle with mobility problems that significantly affect their everyday lives. However, some limitations do not simply have to be accepted by those affected, but can be supported with the help of our solutions.
Our recumbent tricycles, for example, are a response to the mobility challenges an affected person may want to face. With a low seating position, ergonomic seating concept and backrest, these bikes offer a safe and comfortable way to regain the ability to ride a bicycle and rediscover the joys of mobile independence.
1. safety and stability:
The low seating position allows the rider´s feet to rest securely on the ground. This makes it easier to get on and off the bike and increases confidence in using the chair tricycle. In addition, the parking brake installed on the vehicle ensures that the bike does not move from its position during ascending and descending terrain
2. comfort and support:
In addition, the ergonomic seat position and backrest support the rider´s upright posture, which can avoid possible muscle tension and increase the riding pleasure. The seat provides the comfort needed for longer rides.
3. additional accessories:
Optional accessories that can make the riding experience even more enjoyable support the cyclist´s individual needs. For example, our footrests prevent feet from slipping off the pedals, while the walking aid holder securely stores the cyclist's walking aids during the ride.

FAQ
How do you differentiate yourself from cheaper providers?
We have a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and the production of the special vehicles is carried out strictly according to legal requirements. Extensive product tests by independent bodies and an in-house roller test stand also ensure safety. In addition, we place great emphasis on sustainability and our in-house quality standards, including
- In-house production, assembly and distribution
- More than 20 years of experience in the production of special bicycle and tricycles
- "Made in Germany" – no foreign imports
- Extremely robust models, some even up to 160 kg
- A diverse product range
- Competent specialist trade partners (Europe-wide)
- An innovative company with a long tradition, where inclusion is a priority
Why don't you offer your products in stores or relevant chains?
For a takeaway product like a DVD or bedding, that can work. However, our bikes are products that require explanation and we would like to give you the best possible advice. In the interest of our customers, we therefore remain
specialist trade-oriented.
Do you also offer models that can be driven exclusively with electric drive?
Yes we do. For this purpose, a TÜV approval with operating permit is requested for the vehicle. This vehicle may then only be operated with an appropriate driving licence and a valid insurance number plate.
